The location of the hotel is ideal, with a taxi ride of just 10 leve to the ski area and easy access to the center of Borovets. Situated by the wild forest, it offers a serene and picturesque setting. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff provides friendly and helpful service. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The hotel also boasts excellent spa facilities, including saunas, steam rooms, and a pool.

Some guests have mentioned that the jacuzzi was out of order during their stay.

I recently had an amazing weekend getaway in a hotel nestled in a stunning location surrounded by beautiful forests and breathtaking mountain views. The rooms were incredibly spacious, well-appointed, and kept impeccably clean. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa experience. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were well-maintained and I had the luxury of enjoying them all to myself most of the time. The spa treatments, especially the Bulgarian Rose Scrub, were absolutely incredible and provided excellent value. Being able to relax and indulge in such a peaceful and serene environment was truly blissful.

Although the hotel and its surroundings were stunning, there were a couple of downsides. The location was a bit far from the main attractions, making it a challenge to get around.

We loved the location of this hotel, nestled in the heart of a beautiful forest. It provided a tranquil and quiet atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the resort.

This hotel is not located in the center of Borovets, which may be inconvenient for those visiting during the ski season. However, we highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities, enhanced comfort, and quality services.

Spent an unforgettable Christmas at this hotel in the mountains. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the staff. the location is fantastic, surrounded by a lush forest. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. the pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day of skiing. the food was delicious, and the restaurant staff ensured we always had a great dining experience. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the terrace.

The wifi was spotty at times, and it took a while to get it fixed. the breakfast buffet could use more variety, although it did provide the essentials.

We stayed for a few days in November and loved the calm and private atmosphere. The spa was exclusively open for us, and we felt extremely well taken care of. The studio was spacious and bright, with a remarkably comfortable bed. The hotel's architecture blended beautifully with the surroundings, giving it a Scandinavian touch. The spa facilities were impressive, with a pool, saunas, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The massage therapists were professional and attentive. The hotel staff were friendly and assisted us with everything we needed. we highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.
