The welcome by the security guards and the efficiency of the check-in staff were outstanding. The room was comfortable with all amenities. the staff were highly trained and professional.

The rooms were well-designed and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The service was outstanding, with the staff anticipating my needs and providing excellent assistance. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes. I also enjoyed the restricted circulation coffee shop. Additionally, being near the RiverFront was a wonderful bonus.

One drawback was the slow service in the restaurant, where I had to request tea multiple times before it was served.
