Fortune JP Cosmos provided a quiet and comfortable room. the staff, especially Riya and Karthik at the front desk, were helpful. Mr Raghavan, the night security supervisor, promptly assisted with first aid. the restaurant staff were cooperative, and late checkout was accommodated at no extra charge. A highly recommended wonderful experience.

We had a blast chilling in the deluxe king rooms and enjoying the awesome food. Plus, the staff, especially Avinash, hooked us up with a sweet room upgrade – major vibes!

Would’ve been even cooler if there were more happening party spots nearby for us teenagers to hang out and dance the night away.

The room upgrade I received upon check-in was like winning the lottery! the spacious room felt like a royal suite, and I almost expected a red carpet to be rolled out whenever I entered. It was truly a luxurious experience that made me feel like a VIP.

The staff at the front desk was amazing, especially Avinash - very courteous and friendly, gave me a free room upgrade too; the room was spacious and comfy. the quick iron supply was handy. Enjoyed the spa centre and getting a full body massage, and the rooftop pool for some relaxation. the lift swipe card system needed reprogramming every few days, slightly annoying, but didn’t spoil the overall experience! ✨.

I found the bathroom plumbing to be poor, causing a lingering drainage smell in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. the staff members were very friendly and accommodating, always interested in addressing customer requests promptly. the location was convenient with easy access to transportation options and nearby attractions. the breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, including live cooking stations for dosas and omelets.
