We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and shopping areas. The room was clean and spacious, and we loved the special pillow selection. The breakfast at Brew House had a great variety of international options, including our favorite Egg Benedict. The staff, especially Concierge Steven, were helpful and gave us good suggestions for exploring the area. we had a great weekend getaway and would recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a huge bathroom. The location was excellent, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to the metro. The staff was very friendly and helpful, able to assist me with all my needs.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with the addition of a solo singer at the bar.

The hotel room was spacious and had a great view. the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel also had a well, equipped gym and a heated swimming pool, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the best aspects of our stay was the delicious and extensive breakfast buffet, with a variety of options for both Western and Chinese tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a metro station just a 5, minute walk away, providing easy access to the city and nearby attractions.

Limited Food Options and Language Barrier

This hotel was an excellent choice for a luxurious getaway. the exclusive amenities of the Spa & wellness centre were perfect for my relaxation needs. I enjoyed every bit of my time spent in the Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Steam room. the barbeque grills and Spa lounge added an extra touch of luxury. the beauty treatment and Full body massage were top-notch.

The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the special diet menus at the Restaurant. the Continental breakfast, In-room breakfast, Snack bar, and Buffet breakfast were superb.

Stayed at a hotel for Easter holiday, and it was an average experience. the best aspects were the view from the room, which was nice, especially at night. the bed was very comfortable, which allowed for a good night's sleep. the hotel's location near the main shopping district was also convenient for exploring the area.

The worst aspects were the poor customer service, the limited choice of amenities, and the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. the staff didn't seem interested in providing any support or information for activities in the area.
