I recently had the pleasure of staying at this four-star hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location of this place couldn't have been better - nestled in a very quiet area, it offered a peaceful and serene environment. The service provided was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always available to cater to my needs. The hotel also had a range of amenities, including shops and commercial services, laundry facilities, and even a welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. I also loved the fact that my room had a terrace and dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal or just relaxing in the garden furniture. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the luxurious comfort provided by this hotel.

In terms of customer service, the staff were adequate in that they fulfilled their duties, but there was minimal interaction beyond that. While they were always ready to assist with our needs, they could benefit from some customer service training to enhance the overall experience for guests.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with ample parking and a nearby supermarket. The receptionist was welcoming and made check-in straightforward. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with useful facilities like ironing and pressing facilities, Nespresso machines, and plenty of sockets. The bathrooms were clean and featured lovely baths and showers. The hotel also had a good-sized pool, perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful overall.

The breakfast experience, where the service was described as "weird" and disorganized, and the hot buffet was not available due to low guest numbers.

The hotel had a great location in an area I've not stayed before, close to a little village center. The staff was very friendly and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the heated pool. it was a very comfortable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the clean and cozy room with comfortable bedding. The staff was also very friendly and gave excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. Another plus was the convenient location, with easy access to shopping and dining options in the area.

While the room was enjoyable, I found that the breakfast selection left something to be desired. The quality of the food was not great, and there were not many options available.
