the staff were very quick with check-in and checkout, always helpful and friendly. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were great spots to relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks. the hotel's location is perfect for tourists, with various landmarks and local food places nearby. Special thanks to Mr Zahoor Zaidi for ensuring we had an early morning Sehr. the room was comfortable, modern, and well-decorated, providing a cozy stay experience.

One thing that could be improved is offering more western food options and fresh tea in the restaurant. the cleanliness of the refrigerator and the loose shampoo glass stand in the room could be better maintained.

had a lovely stay in lucknow, close to hazratganj. staff was kind, offering early morning sehr. food was abundant, with biotique amenities adding a nice touch. comfortable bed, modern room, good water pressure. exceptional service, including extended checkout, made the experience memorable at golden tulip.

Staff were like superheroes, serving with big smiles, even taking care of sick moms in a flash. Location was spot on for exploring, and early morning Sehr during Ramadan was such a thoughtful touch. the Biotique soap and shampoo were top-notch, and the restaurant team was simply outstanding, from tasty milkshakes to quick doctor calls for emergencies. An unforgettable stay!
