The staff at the hotel were amazing! They were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping service was great.- The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a beautiful beach nearby.- The hotel had a variety of activities for kids, which made it enjoyable for families.

There was a lack of communication between the reception, housekeeping, and concierge, which made it difficult to get assistance or information. The concierge service was not up to par.

the service was impeccable, I was pampered from check, in to check, out, and the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation. the swimming pool and Jacuzzi were highlights of my vacation. Beach access was exceptional with private facilities. the beauty treatments were top, notch and made me feel like a queen. the restaurant served delicious cuisine with special menus for dietary needs. the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere and the entertainment included live shows that were entertaining.

The only minor issue I experienced was the wait for the shuttle service to my room. this was just a small inconvenience that did not detract from the overall experience.
