The rooms at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon are beautiful, spacious, and well-designed, with a nice TV. the comfortable room sizes and amazing view from the high floor truly enhanced relaxation. the hotel's unique feature of an automated WC added to the pleasant stay, while nearby landmarks like the Tau Devi Lal Bio Diversity Park and Kingdom of Dreams provided great opportunities for family bonding and exploration.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt was an oasis of luxury. the room was immaculate, offering stunning views and top-notch automation like an automated WC. the room service cuisine was exquisite, leaving us satisfied.

The database provided was extremely user-friendly, with a simple interface that made it easy to navigate and find the information I needed quickly. the room was spacious and functional, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for my belongings.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak at times, making it difficult to stay connected consistently.

My husband and I visited Grand Hyatt for a relaxing getaway. the automated WC was a unique touch, and the room service food was outstanding. the hotel’s customer service is impeccable, and the blackout solution in the rooms allowed for a peaceful sleep. the staff, particularly Khyati, Hemant, and Shweta Pamta, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Special mention to Khyati at the front desk, Hemant in Housekeeping, and Shweta Pamta, the HK manager, for their exceptional service. the property offered a unique and interesting experience with an automated WC, along with excellent room service food options. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience that we decided to extend our stay for two additional nights before heading back to London. Grand Hyatt Gurgaon provided a refreshing and relaxing environment that exceeded our expectations.

The rooms at this hotel are simply stunning and spacious, with a nice TV setup. The staff is incredibly attentive and efficient. The food is exquisite, especially the breakfast spread and tea. the hotel's policy of mandatory room visits every 24 hours can feel invasive.

The staff is top-notch, ready to pamper you silly. the rooms are chic and spacious, with blackout magic for sleepyheads like me. And oh, let's not forget the delightful Toto toilets!

The food fiasco left a bad taste—I channelled my inner Masterchef after my wife fell ill. But fear not, there's hope in this flavorful chaos!

Loved the spacious rooms with high floor views and modern automatic WC. the in-room dining options were top-notch, offering a variety of delicious cuisines. the hotel's customer service was outstanding, with the staff always ready to assist. 🌿 Enjoyed chilling by the lovely pool, soaking up the sun on the comfy lounge chairs. Only hiccup was a minor issue with the minibar inventory check at checkout – a small blip in an otherwise fantastic stay!
