Our family trip to Hunter Valley was amazing, staying at a hotel that offered a winemaking school on site was fantastic! the convenience of being close to the vineyards and all attractions was perfect. the comfortable bed, lush grounds, and wildlife sightings like wild Kangaroos made our stay unforgettable. the kids loved the farm activities and our room with a bath was a luxury touch. a family-friendly, relaxing experience with so much to see and do.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The rustic charm of the farm was a breath of fresh air, like a cozy cabin in the woods but with the added bonus of a craft brewery on-site. It felt like stepping into a fairytale with a pint in hand.

Kitchenette limitations

From animal feeding to pony rides, it was a wholesome adventure. the cottages were cozy, and we loved exploring the vast grounds together.

In my wife's opinion, more towels for families would be ideal.

Some noise from adjoining rooms at times. TVs could use an upgrade.

Exquisite winery and brewery in a picturesque setting overlooking vineyards. Comfortable room with a view, great for families. Friendly staff, excellent service at Matilda Bay Brewery restaurant. Delicious food and brews to choose from. Kids meals offered at a reasonable price. Plenty of recreational activities for kids and adults. highly recommended.

At my first stay, the staff was helpful. the place suits me perfectly. Free parking, child services, swimming pool, air conditioning, board games. Coming back for a holiday.

Some of the advertised activities, like vineyard walks and riding tours, were not as described or were not available. while the location and activities were enjoyable, improvements could be made to the rooms and advertised offerings.
