The location of this boutique hotel is perfect, right in the center of the pretty town with everything within a short walking distance. They even offer a private shuttle service for guests to explore the area. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and some even have open fires. The breakfast is served in pleasant surroundings, and there are various places to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.

There was a slight issue with the accounts department that caused some confusion upon arrival.

Breakfast had lots of choice with continental and cooked options. Staff were friendly and attentive, treating us well for our honeymoon. Room was beautifully designed and had everything needed, including a fridge with minibar. Surroundings were well kept. Lovely accommodation with beautiful views. Pool area was nice with plenty of sun beds and shade. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room in an old building with interesting history. Fantastic location. Brilliant, quiet location, close to shops. Room was perfect with fireplace and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast had a good selection.

Excellent service and beautiful location. We stayed in a Garden Suite and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the recently refurbished property was clean and fresh. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, yet still provides a peaceful retreat. The bird photography opportunities nearby were a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in a boutique hotel recently and was blown away! the interior was modern and chic, making me feel like I was staying in a 5-star hotel. What I loved most was the convenience of the location, just a few minutes' walk to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. I was able to take a quick walk to explore the area's stunning mountain views. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of delicious food and drink options.

I wish there were more amenities on the hotel grounds, like a gym or spa. But, the stunning nearby hiking trails and mountain views definitely made up for it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel like family. the location is quiet and convenient, just behind the Pick 'n Pay/ABSA on the main road. Our room, Lemon, was perfect with a flat screen TV, a cozy fireplace, and all the amenities we needed including tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary muscadel. the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. We would definitely stay here again.
