The location of the hotel is excellent as it is within easy walking distance to some shops and eating places. The hotel is also near Bandra Pali Market, which is great for shopping. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a lovely bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and polite, and cleanliness is a top priority.

The complimentary snacks provided were chargeable, which could have been made clearer in the information provided.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea provided. The hotel's central location and proximity to attractions were convenient. The spacious room and balcony were also an advantage.

I found the towels to be old and faded, and the restroom could have been cleaner. The service was also lacking, with staff ignoring guest requests and displaying an apathetic attitude.
