The guesthouse is conveniently located close to the action of Bowness, offering guests the opportunity to explore the local attractions at a fraction of the cost. It is also just a short walk away from a nice pub, perfect for enjoying a drink or meal. the guesthouse is very close to a bus stop, making it easy to navigate the area without a car.

Some rooms may have a less than ideal view, as they overlook a nearby petrol station.

The bedroom and en-suite bathroom were spacious and peaceful, and the breakfast choices were excellent. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a separate lounge for guests to relax in. Parking was plentiful and the location was close to local places of interest and a bus stop.

The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive. Our room was lovely, with all the necessary amenities. Despite being close to a main road, the double glazed windows kept the noise at bay. The location was perfect, just off Windermere. Free parking, a hearty breakfast, comfortable beds, and a relaxing atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, there's a pub and brewery nearby! Stayed here over xmas and the cooked breakfast was tasty and hearty. the location was great as we were able to easily explore the surrounding area. loved that there was a pub nearby where we could grab a few drinks.

Our room was very noisy as we could hear traffic all night long and had trouble sleeping. there wasn't enough parking space which caused us a bit of trouble.
