I had a great stay in the heart of the city, with the bus terminal, restaurants, and market area all within a short distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with big windows offering a lovely view of the hills. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location made it convenient for sightseeing and hiking in the nearby tea plantations.

The noise from traffic and barking dogs at night disturbed my sleep.
