The room service provided by Rinnie was extremely helpful and the rooms were recently painted. The hotel has the best water heater in town. The breakfast served in the room was delicious, and the taste of the tea was mind-blowing. Additionally, the hotel is located in a great area with plenty of food options nearby.

During my Christmas stay, I found the guest house to be quite comfortable. the amenities provided like the TV and geyser were great. the location was centrally situated in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. the staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out were hassle-free.

The guest house lacked a good view, and the buildings were close to each other, offering little privacy. While the staff was friendly, the communication skills of one handy-man were lacking.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staffs were very helpful and kind, especially the receptionist who went out of their way to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The food served in the hotel was also delicious. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel's location was convenient and it was easy to access various attractions. We also appreciated the additional services provided such as car hire and laundry. the staff and the services provided made our stay here enjoyable and memorable.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel has a great location, spacious rooms, hot water, and excellent hospitality. The staff, Nerola and Baya, were very accommodating and resolved any issues promptly. highly recommended.
