The Heritage Resort was a delightful experience over 6 days , from the exquisite decor and diverse cuisine to the top, notch massages and exceptional staff. The uphill trek to restaurants could be tiring but turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Room amenities were great, although some staff prioritized revenue over guest requests. The lack of AC in Deluxe Cottages and shortcomings in the SPA were disappointing, but the support and restaurant staff were courteous and efficient. The room keys were bulky, and restaurant service could be more attentive to multiple orders. Despite these flaws, the well, maintained property in a pristine location, delectable food, and friendly staff made for a memorable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely scenic, with beautiful cottages overlooking a gorgeous valley. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were very cordial and attentive. the breakfast spread was extensive, and the hotel facilities offered various indoor and outdoor activities for our enjoyment.

At my favorite resort, the staff kindly assisted me with my suitcases. I always return for the weekend. It has free parking, an infinity pool, spa, massage, and more. With no pets allowed, it suits me perfectly. I have everything I need for a relaxing stay.

The resort is set amidst breathtaking greenery, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation. the restaurant serves delicious food with a wide variety to choose from, making dining enjoyable. the lack of assistance with luggage on the hilly terrain could be improved.

We loved the clean and well-maintained resort, and its great location. The staff at Heritage Resort Coorg were extremely helpful, especially with our two small kids.

We felt right at home and had no complaints during our stay.

I had a wonderful time staying here! The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by pristine forests and atop a hill with an incredible view from the restaurant. The service was also exceptional, with room service and car hire for convenience. The amenities in the room were very impressive, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee, a comfortable sitting area, and more. The staff even went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, thanks to the manager's efforts.

While some people may find the food prices a bit high, I personally did not let that detract from my overall enjoyment of this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a luxurious, comfortable hotel with excellent service and amenities.

The free drinks offered upon arrival were a nice touch. Location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, much needed after a long day of activities.

The overall cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. the bathroom was especially disappointing, with mold and mildew growing in the corners.

Had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort in Coorg. The private cottages were clean and offered stunning views from the balcony. The pool was breathtaking and the food at the hilltop restaurant was delicious. The staff was kind and always ready to assist. The resort had a calm and pleasant ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable stay.

The staff were very courteous and provided excellent service. The resort had a great buffet spread for all meals, so we didn't have to worry about finding restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony of the restaurant was very soothing, and the games room provided entertainment for the whole family.

The limited room service and menu options were a downside, especially for a resort far away from the main market.
