One thing that stood out to me was the resort's commitment to the environment, as seen in small details like glass bottles. Being pet-friendly was a big plus for us, as there are not many resorts that accommodate pets. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Heritage Village Resort & Spa.

The courteous staff, like Mr. Suraj from food and beverage, make you feel truly valued during your stay. Additionally, the resort ensures proper sanitization measures are in place, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

There have been some safety concerns regarding the stairs in certain areas of the property, as mentioned by previous guests.

We spent our Xmas holiday at this amazing resort and it was everything we could have asked for. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering us complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival and a surprise cake on Christmas day. the resort was nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by lush gardens and stunning scenery. We also loved the fact that we could easily access nearby attractions and shops.

While the resort was stunning, the food options were limited and lacking in variety. the service could have been better, as we had to wait quite a while for our requests to be fulfilled.
