Loved the serene location with open play areas for kids and the humble staff. the home-style food was of good quality, offering a unique dining experience.

Not advisable for senior citizens due to the amount of climbing and walking involved; adding a lift or buggy path could improve accessibility.

We chilled at the open play area, had the most awesome home-style food, and enjoyed the peaceful vibes away from the city hustle. the staff was mad cool, making us feel at home.

Just wished they had a more bumpin' nightlife scene with a cool hangout spot for young party animals like us!

The serenity of this place is incredible. Surrounded by lush greenery and just a short drive away from Kodaikanal Lake and various attractions, it offers a peaceful escape from the city buzz. the hotel staff is extremely courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. the rooms are well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay. the delicious breakfast served here is a great start to your morning.

The restaurant can work on diversifying their menu options to cater to different tastes. improving the Wi-Fi connection would.

The resort's stunning location amidst nature offers breathtaking views. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The well-maintained rooms were comfy, but some areas, like the restaurant service, lacked. the beautiful garden and mountain views added to the overall experience.

The spacious rooms with garden views exceeded my expectations. It felt like being in a fairytale land with the lush greenery surrounding the property. the private lawn/garden area was a delightful touch, offering a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of nature.

Trekking with friends, we found the rooms cozy with clean bathrooms and a lovely view of the surrounding greenery. the distant location from the lake ensured a peaceful stay amidst nature. A few facilities like luggage carriers and room service added to the comfort.

The staff's lack of promptness and customer service attitude could be improved.

The database had an extensive collection of resources and a user-friendly interface, making it easy to find the information I needed. the room with a balcony overlooking the city provided stunning views and a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of work.

That the Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit slow at times, which made it difficult to upload large files for work purposes.
