The hotel has a mediocre in all day dining restaurant and is located close to the biggest mall and the sports bar on Saturday night. Also, there is a Masala restaurant nearby. Rooms have good service and a view of the city.

The bathroom facilities are not up to the mark.

The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting us a cab to explore the city. a decent stay.

Staying here was definitely a memorable experience. This place is strategically located in the heart of the city, around some amazing restaurants, and hotspots. The service room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, housekeeping. But what stood out the most was the remarkable hospitality and outstanding staff in the bell desk and the reception. The courteous behavior of the staff was noteworthy, always responding well and giving services on time.

I definitely recommend this venue to anyone traveling to this city.

This hotel is an exquisite place to stay. the luxurious and exclusive amenities provided were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool were all very professional in services offered. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provided a serene escape from the day-to-day hustle and bustle. the live entertainment was a lovely added touch for a perfect evening. the service provided here was exceptional, with every need catered to. the Rooftop pool was a great place to relax and take in the stunning sights. The beautiful sun terrace and sun loungers made leisure time even better, and the garden area was a tranquil environment in the heart of the city. Cons: Although my stay was impeccable, the only minor concern was that the massage service was a little expensive. it was understandable, given the quality of the massage offered. Nonetheless, everything else was premium and very much worth the cost.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was central to other areas in Cochin. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the local area. The breakfast provided a variety of choices and was delicious. The staff members at the reception, dining hall, and room service were hospitable and courteous.

The bar had uncomfortable seating and the music was too loud, even when the bar was empty.
