The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to public transport and main shopping areas. The gym and swimming pool are well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.

Great value for money in the Bukit Bintang area, close to the monorail and with lots of shopping and food options nearby. The staff is attentive and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the KL Tower. Breakfast is included and served with good coffee and a bit of sweetener.

Located in the heart of the shopping area, the hotel is easily accessible from the airport by train and a short taxi ride away from the vibrant Pavilion area. The comfortable beds and great shower in the rooms make for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help, with personalised check-in and upgrade options available.

The breakfast experience could be better, with small restaurants leading to waiting times for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel in Kuala Lumpur. the staff at Parkroyal Collection were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. the Premier King Room I stayed in was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for my family with two little kids. the gym was equipped with top-notch equipment, and the pool area provided a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. the buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food and drinks.

We had a fantastic experience at Parkroyal Collection. the Guest Relations Manager/Front Office Manager was incredibly helpful, even though he couldn't find us a better room due to the hotel being full. Instead, he offered us a very late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Bukit Bintang area and conveniently close to the monorail. the lobby was welcoming, with modern and stylish decor, and the staff were friendly. the facilities, such as the gym and pool, were well-maintained, and the shower in our room was comfortable with multiple options. We also appreciated the eco-friendly initiative of recycling bins in the rooms.

Luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and convenient location make this hotel an excellent choice. the well, equipped Spa & wellness center, complete with swimming pool, sun terrace and lounging area with special diet menus, were the highlights of my stay. the in, room breakfast was delicious, and the entertainment in the room was top, notch.

The only minor issue was the lack of an outdoor swimming pool. While there was a saltwater pool available, I would have preferred a traditional outdoor pool.

Breakfast was good and the happy hours are fantastic. the free laundry is also a plus. the hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and food. the staff were polite and hardworking.

The room was changed from a promised premier suite with club benefits to a family suite at check-in. the family suite was not comfortable and the carpet was stained.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary toiletries provided. the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of international choices to suit different tastes. We were impressed by the gym and pool facilities, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.
