Excellent location and friendly staff

I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the main sights of Udaipur. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the lack of coordination and communication regarding bookings and room allocations can definitely be improved.

the hotel is clean, and the location is close to near city palace that closes post 6pm. you get good local insights, and the staff is very helpful - especially Santosh - the manager who goes the extra mile like organizing taxis.

The room at Casa By The Lake was small, but it had a wardrobe and a nice view. The terrace was the perfect place to work with good wifi and plenty of power sockets. The hotel's location near City Palace and the temple was wonderful, with no traffic noise. The staff, especially Santosh, were very lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. a great experience.
