One thing that we disliked was the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom. It would have been much more comfortable if there was a fan or some sort of ventilation system, as the bathroom tended to get quite stuffy and humid after taking a shower.

I had a wonderful experience at Elphinstone Hotel. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. the receptionist even provided useful hints for sightseeing in the area. the room I stayed in was comfortable and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Despite being on the ground floor, the room was soundproofed well. the hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance or a short taxi ride to the Fort area and train station. There is also a great cheap restaurant downstairs that I highly recommend.

They went above and beyond when I fell ill, taking wonderful care of me. the rooms were consistently clean, with fresh towels and bed sheets provided daily. the bathroom was good, and the rooms had both AC and fans for added comfort. Room service worked late until 11 p.m., and the hotel's restaurant downstairs offered delicious meals. Despite the weak street view, once inside the hotel, it was modern and inviting. the check-in process was smooth, and our suite was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a small fridge. it was a very good experience.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a small but well-organized room that had everything we needed as backpackers. Who needs a peaceful night's sleep anyway? The noise from the party and reception was just delightful, like having a live commentary in my room.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the main attractions and historical neighborhoods. The interior of the hotel is charming, with lovely carpets and chairs in the halls. The breakfast is great with a perfect omelet, toast with butter and jam, and tea/coffee. The staff is super friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel and rooms look just like the pictures on the website.

They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. the hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, with spacious and well-decorated rooms. the bathroom was also a good size and had all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was perfect, with many attractions and cafes within walking distance. the hotel provided cold and hot drinking water in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

The hot water for the shower tended to run out quickly, although it did heat up again quite fast. the towels provided in our room looked a bit old, which was a bit disappointing.
