The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like a hairdryer and safe. Complimentary coffee and soft drinks were available in the lobby. Highly recommend.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the staff was extremely polite and made us feel warmly welcomed from the very beginning. the hotel’s location was key, being just 10 minutes away from the MRT station with easy access to all of Taipei's most popular places. the room was spacious and clean with basic amenities. We especially loved the complimentary hot drinks available at the reception area, which was perfect for the cold weather. One of the best aspects was the hotel’s quiet location near a small park.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the breakfast that was said to be included. What they offered was just a McDonalds muffin and coffee, which was not what we were expecting.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with the MRT station just a short walk away. It is also near the train station and there are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms have nice decorations and the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and polite, always providing excellent service. The breakfast includes a voucher for a well-known fast food chain. they offer free washing and drying machines for guests to use.

The room size is a bit small, but still manageable for a budget traveller.

During my recent stay at the Golden Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and personalized welcome we received upon arrival. The staff went above and beyond to make our New Year's Eve celebration extra special with thoughtful gestures, including flower petals, presents, cards, and balloons in our room. The location of the hotel was also ideal, just a 15-minute MRT ride from Taipei train station, and situated in a vibrant area with numerous restaurants and small boutique shops. The room itself was clean, modern, and equipped with fast WiFi. The overall experience made our visit to Taipei unforgettable.
