I stayed at Heritage House for a few nights with my family. The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The modern bathroom was huge and the hotel was incredibly clean. The rooftop restaurant served delicious food with a great view. The location was quiet, yet close to the fort and colorful markets. We also appreciated the complimentary pick-up from the train station. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at Heritage House. The staff greeted me with a beautiful garland and a refreshing cup of tea, making me feel instantly at home. The building itself is stunning, resembling an old palace with its intricate design. My room was spacious and clean, offering me the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also very well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast they delivered to my room each morning. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Heritage House to anyone visiting Jaisalmer.

This hotel has a good location, not far from the main attractions and in a quiet area. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good amenities. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast.

Our Easter experience was ruined by the noisy construction work that started early in the morning and continued throughout the day. It was impossible to relax or enjoy our time in the hotel as the noise was very loud and annoying.

The hospitality of the staff, especially manager Mr. Daud, was exceptional. The hotel had a personalized Rajasthani charm with a blend of old and new. The interior was colorful and the breakfast, especially the aloo paratha, was delicious. Mr. Daud went above and beyond to resolve any accommodation issues we had.

Felt pampered, staff went out of their way to make us feel special.
