We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel and enjoyed a wonderful time. the hotel had a lovely festive atmosphere and provided a great variety of activities, such as carol singing and a visit from Santa Claus, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was also ideal as it was in close proximity to the ski slopes and offered scenic mountain views. the hotel had a spacious and well-equipped spa area, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes.

Although the menu offered a variety of dishes, they lacked flavor and were sometimes overcooked. the service was slow during peak times, which made us feel rushed during our meals.
