The hotel could improve on providing better control over the AC and Geyser, as well as addressing the issue of delayed breakfast service.

I keep coming back for the helpful staff, free Wi, Fi, and 24, hour services. At my first visit, they even assisted with printing. Perfect amenities like flat, screen TV and in, room breakfast suit my needs. I will return for Easter.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city.- The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing useful information about the local area.

The staff made inappropriate comments about my partner's appearance, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When requesting basic amenities such as additional pillows and water, the staff was disorganized and gave contradictory responses.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and it was not as good as expected. However, the location is very good, near to some famous attractions and shops. we received complementary water and cookies upon arrival, which was a nice gesture. the manager gave us a map with some recommendations of places to visit in the city.

The worst aspects of this hotel are the cramped room space, very narrow even for one person to walk freely. the linens were also not very clean and there were no towels hangers in the bathroom.
