We had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel. Right next to the alpha one mall, we had access to a wide range of shops and entertainment options. Our top floor multi-room suite was fit for a Japanese Prime Minister, with luxurious amenities and stunning views. The service was exceptional, and the SUPER BRILLIANT Chef prepared mouthwatering local dishes for breakfast. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Indian Institute of Management.

The parking situation was a bit challenging due to multiple events happening in the evening.

The late night front office team went out of their way to get medicine for a guest. The buffet had limited variety and low-quality food, with burnt naan breads. The morning team failed to order a cab for a guest's airport transfer. Sunanda and Rutvik from the front office were helpful. Meena and Moin provided excellent service at breakfast in the Executive Lounge. The staff's professionalism is commendable.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a great view of the city and river. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that guests' needs are met. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, ensuring that all guests can enjoy their meal.

One negative aspect is that the dessert counter at the dinner buffet had fewer vegetarian options compared to non-vegetarian options. This could be improved to cater to the needs of vegetarian guests.

Very comfortable and cozy club room stay on 14th level. Extremely friendly and competent staff. Downtown location right beside the most popular mall. Quick and easy online check-in option available. Enjoyed delicious Indian and Italian cuisine from room service.

Great customer service and helpful staff. The room cleaner, Rohit, did a fantastic job. The reception staff were always ready to assist and find solutions for any difficulties. The hotel is located conveniently near an awesome temple and a mall. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch and the breakfast provided is very good.

The lack of signs indicating whether filtered water is used in drinks and food is a minor concern. Additionally, it would be nice to see real plants instead of plastic ones in the breakfast dining area for a fresher and classier ambiance.
