A warm embrace from the staff

From the moment we checked in, the friendly demeanor of the staff made us feel at home. Special thanks to Aman and Harman for their attentiveness, making our stay unforgettable. The restaurant had a lovely varied menu that kept our meals exciting, and the city view from our cozy room was a bonus.

It is a luxurious hotel with spacious rooms featuring smart wardrobes and an inviting teen zone for gaming, and delightful food options from local cuisine to a lively bar atmosphere!

The staff were super helpful, especially the drivers. But the check-in experience was a bit cold, and they could be friendlier. Overall, nice stay!

Despite the hotel’s lovely ambiance, my stay was marred by unhelpful staff and long waits for service. However, the shuttle to the Golden Temple and spacious room added some enjoyability.

Nothing to fault

Loved the room service for dinner—absolutely delicious! The chef deserves a chef's hat for the amazing food, and my room was tidy and cozy. Breakfast staff were friendly and offered a variety that tickled everyone's taste buds.

However, the check-in experience felt like waiting for a snail to cross the road. Plus, you'd think with all the fancy amenities, they'd include more mugs than paper cups!

Had an awesome trip with friends! The rooms were great, and we really enjoyed the food and service at the restaurant. We visited the Golden Temple and a local mall that was nearby. Just a heads up, if you're looking for early breakfast options, most shops open after 10 am. Definitely recommend checking out, especially for the relaxing ambiance and friendly staff experience.

For five nights, I enjoyed attentive service from the staff, particularly Tasrif and Devraj, while Chef Mani delighted my taste buds with the best-ever kulcha. Clean rooms and amazing breakfast options made my stay memorable, though the bathroom could use a bit more care. A gem of a hotel that stands out thanks to its staff!

The staff went above and beyond! My daughter's food preferences were all catered to, from her milk bottle being sterilized to her favorite meals like khichdi and Apple, it was awesome. Special shoutout to Aman for sorting all the tech issues, saved us a lot of time!

my recent stay was exceptional, as the hotel provided a perfect base for exploring the nearby golden temple and the central sikh museum, both just a quick stroll away. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my visit!

Awesome location we had a late flight and they let us check out late no charge which was super helpful 😊. The staff were lovely and super friendly offering every assistance we required. The food was delicious and the parking available made things easier.
