I had a great experience staying here! The location was really convenient, right next to a mall, which made it easy to go shopping and grab a bite to eat. The service was fantastic, with really friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I wanted, like a comfortable bed, great Wi-Fi, and a nice shower.

The hotel is conveniently located on the highway and right beside a mall, making it easy for us to shop and grab a quick bite. The staff provided attentive service and the rooms were equipped with basic amenities. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which included delicious local food and authentic Punjabi cuisine.

This excellent hotel is located in a prime spot with quick access to a popular mall, making it very easy to get around. The rooms are clean, spacious and come with great facilities plus a comfy bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast is an experience all on its own, with a diverse range of delicious dishes on offer. With a lovely view, this is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring the highway and nearby sights.

Sadly, the hotel could improve on their tardy service at check-in.

Great complementary breakfast and room service. the hotel’s location near the airport and business district made it easy for me to get around. the spa was a fantastic bonus, and I enjoyed the massage thoroughly.

The prices for the room service items were a bit high, and I found inconsistencies in the cleanliness of my room.

We loved the hotel's convenient location right next to the Mall of Amritsar. The daily shuttle service to the Golden Temple was a great feature. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes, including authentic Amritsari Chhole Kulchhe prepared by local chefs. The staff was very courteous and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay.

This hotel provided a luxurious and exclusive experience with its impressive Spa & Wellness Centre, complete with sauna, swimming pool, and treatment rooms for massages, body scrubs and beauty treatments. the garden area was perfect for downtime between treatments, and the sun loungers and terrace provided the ideal spot for relaxation. the restaurant served impeccable Halal food, including special diets menus, with bar/lounge area providing an ideal spot for dinner, as well as in-room breakfast. the private facilities were exclusive, and service was top-notch. the location was perfect, with easy access to sightseeing and exploration.

Despite the impeccable service, one minor issue was that the staff at this hotel couldn't assist in finding BBQ facilities in the area. Nevertheless, this was a minor inconvenince, overshadowed by the excellent service the hotel staff provided, and the outstanding facilities and exclusive amenities at the venue.

Comfortable beds, efficient AC, and good lighting improve the experience. USB ports for charging devices are convenient. The buffet offers decent value, but the handicrafts at the store are fantastic. Happy Hour at the lounge bar is most appreciated after a long day of touring. Exceptional staff go above and beyond to make the stay special.

The gym, spa, and pool were great. We loved the breakfast, especially the Idli and Uttapam. Although we had a small issue with in-room dining, it was resolved quickly. I would recommend this hotel.
