We were impressed with the room service at Hyatt Centric. They went out of their way to customize our order and it was delivered right on time. The food was simply delicious. The location is perfect for exploring the city. we had a lovely stay at this hotel.

We had a great stay with fantastic service in a bustling area. Located near popular tourist and business spots, we were able to explore everything with ease. The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely amenities and great city views. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. a wonderful experience.

We did notice that the lunch and dinner buffet options were limited compared to other 5-star hotels.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes including live counters, Mexican, South Indian, North Indian, and Continental cuisine. The spread of fresh juices and smoothies was also impressive. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with special mention to Gourab for his exceptional service. The ambience of the restaurant, with its open poolside view, was fabulous and added to the overall dining experience.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay at the hotel. the room was a bit small in size.

Staff is excellent, especially Dipti and Tshering. Beautiful pool area and tea lounge with a nice ambiance. Rooms are clean and well-appointed. Location is perfect with nearby malls and stores. Food is one of the best in the area.

Helpful staff, great location for shopping, clean and cozy rooms, good sleep quality, efficient room amenities, safe and quiet sanctuary.

This hotel made our New Year's experience unforgettable! We were pleasantly surprised by the chocolate and wine waiting for us in our room upon arrival, and the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a plus. The hotel's prime location, walking distance from restaurants and nearby attractions was perfect for exploring the city. We loved the rooftop bar with a breathtaking view of the city.

Honestly, there was nothing bad to say about this hotel. The only thing that would make the experience even better would be an indoor pool, but that's just a preference.

The luxurious amenities provided here were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided impeccable service, always with a smile. The Spa & wellness centre was a treat, with a Sauna and Steam room that were so relaxing. The Rooftop pool and sun terrace gave us a beautiful view of the city, and we enjoyed lounging on the sun loungers and taking in the beautiful garden area. The private facilities made us feel exclusive, and we enjoyed the delicious food from the restaurant, which included special diet menus to accommodate our preferences.

The only minor issue we had was that the room we were assigned to was not as spacious as we had expected, which was a bit disappointing. However, this was compensated by the in-room breakfast that was served to us daily, which was delicious and convenient.
