during my recent stay in ho chi minh city, this hotel really impressed me. the hospitality was top-notch, and the complimentary breakfast offered a fantastic variety, especially the fresh juices. my previous experience wasn’t as good, but this time everything resonated with the comfort and luxury i was searching for.

the air conditioning wasn't consistent.

Had the best brekkie ever! Fresh local fruits and lots of choices. The staff were so friendly, always there to help like a chommie. And ja, the pool area was a perfect spot to chill with some cold sparkling water and fruit skewers. Felt like royalty!

The only hiccup was that my room didn’t have much of a view, which was a bit of a bummer for a fancy place.

Service was exceptional. staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. breakfast had a fantastic variety with unique fruits and fresh juices. perfect location near the city center and airport, making it very convenient.

The window could use a good cleaning for a better view. some decor felt a bit dated.

A bit far from city attractions.

The bathtub's height poses a safety concern, the ironing board was unstable and uneven, and the blind placement is impractical for privacy. Please consider adding more towel hooks for convenience!!!

Every morning started with a breakfast buffet that wowed me with its variety—fresh fruits, local dishes, and made-to-order options. Add to that the warm smiles of the staff, and I felt like royalty!

While the hotel offered a luxurious feel, I noticed it was a bit removed from the main tourist attractions, requiring a short taxi ride to get downtown. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but some may find it inconvenient.

We had such a great time at the hotel. The staff was really friendly, spoke good English, and they even helped us with our bags when we arrived, giving us cold towels and water – made us feel like royalty right off the bat.

It wasn’t cheap, but the amenities and service made it worth it.
