The lack of sound insulation in the rooms was a major issue. We experienced noise from neighboring guests, which disrupted our sleep. The hotel is located in a generally safe area, but there were some homeless people in the vicinity that made us feel uncomfortable at times. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern with updated restrooms and great amenities like Apple televisions. The service is top-notch, with an attentive, knowledgeable staff. The breakfast is amazing, and the roof deck is a great spot to chill out with a drink and enjoy the view.
