Comfortable rooms and exceptional service

the rooftop pool was stunning, although it closed early which was disappointing. Some minor cleanliness issues like stains on the carpet and grime around the basin can be improved upon. Despite these small drawbacks, the overall experience was excellent at the hotel.

Our visit to the "Family Fun Zone" was delightful, with spacious rooms and fantastic breakfast options. the staff, especially Renuka and Chef Rahul, were incredibly accommodating and attentive. the central location near the beach made exploring Mumbai a breeze.

The hotel's location is prime, just a short walk away from the beautiful Juhu beach. Guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from their spacious and well-maintained rooms. The staff provide excellent service, with helpful and friendly individuals like Mr. Kohli, Mr. Nitin, and Falguni at the reception. Additionally, the housekeeping team ensures that the rooms are clean and well-stocked with amenities.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the towels and pillows, had stains that weren't up to standard.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, offering everything from hearty buffet options to exotic à la carte dishes. I felt like a kid in a candy store, except the candy was replaced with delectable Indian delicacies and fresh American favorites.

Every visit is a pleasure with the staff's help to find my lost jewel. the place has everything I need, like valet parking, a rooftop pool, and a welcoming bar. I return for holidays, delighted with the service and amenities.

The location was not the best as it was far from the city center and there was always traffic on the street leading to the hotel. the noise pollution made it difficult to relax, and the pool seemed very dirty.
