Lovely Pool and Garden Area

We were delighted with the beautifully landscaped garden and pool area, it was such a calming place to relax. The ambiance here is truly amazing! I highly recommend this hotel.

The fact that they gave us a complementary drink and a cookie on arrival shows a very welcoming attitude. the location is perfect as it is close to the city center and many shops and restaurants. the room was cozy and I loved the big windows that allowed natural light to come in.

The staff was not as friendly as expected during the festive period. the Christmas dinner was not up to the mark, and the food was cold.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna added a touch of luxury to our stay. the spa treatments were superb and left us feeling refreshed. We enjoyed the live entertainment and barbeque grills at the night club, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. the restaurant served a delicious in, room breakfast and special diet menus, which catered to our every need.

Our only minor issue was that the room size was smaller compared to other 5, star hotels.
