Very loud AC unit and constant noise from outside. Lack of communication and unfulfilled promises.

We were attracted to this hotel by its proximity to the ocean, and in this regard, it did not disappoint. We loved having the beach right at our doorstep and being in the heart of the action. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

We found the noise level to be quite disruptive to our stay. Although we expected some music noise in this vibrant area, it was much louder than anticipated and went on until very late at night.

This beachfront hotel is in a vibrant area, steps from the sand, and offers a great location to enjoy karaoke and casinos. The spacious rooms have a balcony and the common rooftop area is ideal for relaxation. The daily housekeeping service ensures spotless rooms, and the comfortable pillows let you sleep to the soothing sound of the ocean. The fast internet and hot water in the shower make it convenient for work and leisure. The mini-fridge is perfect for storing leftovers and snacks, and there is a microwave available in the common area. the hotel provides a great set-up and a nice shared area overlooking the beach/sea.

Hotel Vista Oceana in Sayulita far exceeded my expectations. the location is amazing, right on the beach with a beautiful view. the staff is friendly and speaks English well. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the deluxe double room had a lovely balcony and sea view. the rooftop terrace was also a highlight, with stunning views. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Sayulita.

The location of Vista Oceana is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach and in the heart of the vibrant area. I was impressed with how the staff handled a room mix-up I experienced upon arrival and were able to move me to a larger room. Despite some noise from nearby bars, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

This place is amazing! I woke up to a breathtaking view right on the beach. It's located in the heart of everything, just steps away from delicious restaurants and the crystal clear ocean. The staff was incredibly helpful and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including an iron and tea/coffee facilities. It also had a terrace and a patio with a perfect view of the ocean. I couldn't ask for more!

I had been looking for an oceanfront, non-hi-rise hotel and Hotel Vista Oceana was exactly what I was looking for. The location was great, just a short walk to town. The beach was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool was lovely and our bungalow right on the water was perfect. The property manager, Azul, was incredibly helpful and deserves a raise. The room we stayed in, Penthouse 2, had a beachy vibe and was spacious with a huge bathroom. The shared balcony had an excellent view of the ocean and surfers, and the sliding doors provided privacy.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Sayulita. The location was unbeatable, right on the beach and close to all the vibrant hotels and boutiques. The view of the ocean from the hotel was breathtaking, especially from the shared space on the roof. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with towels provided and a community fridge available. The staff, especially Azul at the front desk, were delightful and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Hard to think of anything negative. The only minor issue was the shared deck in front of the penthouse, which I didn't expect.

We had a great Easter weekend at a beachfront hotel steps away from restaurants and the town plaza. the view from our room was wonderful and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even served coffee in the morning. we appreciated the offer of two complementary services to make our stay even more pleasant.

The noise level at night was challenging. There were late-night parties on the beach with LOUD acoustical music until the wee hours of the morning that kept us up.
