We had a fantastic stay with our 2 kids. The staff, right from the security guys at the entrance, were super friendly and accommodating. Mr. Surendiran was extremely thoughtful and proactive, taking care of every detail and request. We were impressed by the warm and sweet communication from Pratiksha and Amrutha at the front office. Mamta checked us in at 3 am without any frustration. The housekeeping team, especially Ajith, was always readily available. Vijay and Vadivelu from the valet parking team went beyond their role to make us feel special. The staff at the hotel were amazing and made our stay extra special.

There were some areas for improvement. the gym could have been better stocked – when I asked for water, I was told to use the vending machine.

It's a family-friendly hotel located close to shopping malls. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, both local and international. the restaurant hosts, Mr Anan and Mr William, were amazing and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the hotel has beautiful open spaces and well-landscaped areas, creating a pleasant ambiance. the relationship manager, Biju, took great care of our needs and provided excellent assistance. Aayushi, on the dinner buffet floor, was attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience.
