the staff was courteous, helpful and attentive, making my experience exceptional. the facilities are well-maintained with great food options and a lovely ambiance. my kid enjoyed the temperature-controlled pool and hotel theater. the location offers lots of green cover and a comfortable environment, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 🙂.

From the moment I entered the property, the hospitality at Hyatt Regency was unparalleled. The staff at the front desk, the restaurant, and the spa were all amazing. They even went above and beyond to decorate my room for my birthday and gave me departure gifts. The small gestures made my stay memorable and I can't wait to go back soon.

Over my Easter stay, I appreciated the lovely bed, bathroom, and the admirable spa area and swimming facilities. the toilet kit provided was also commendable. the hotel's location was just perfect – conveniently accessible yet remote enough to escape the hustle and bustle. the view of the beautiful snow-clad peaks gave the property a magical vibe that elevated my experience, making it one I'll never forget.

I wasn't a fan of the food provided on the premises. It was too bland and lacked flavor, which was very disappointing, considering the prices they charged.

The hotel is located in a picturesque mountain setting, offering stunning views of the Dhauladhar ranges. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, and there are various facilities like the spa, swimming area, and restaurant. The hotel even arranges treks and provides knowledgeable guides.

The food in the hotel restaurant is bland and lacks delicacy according to some guests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities are what make the experience even more luxurious. the Spa & wellness centre is top, notch, with a sauna, steam room, and infinity pool. We also enjoyed a full body massage, which was expertly executed. the garden area provides a tranquil atmosphere and the sun loungers were comfortable. the restaurant offers delicious meals with an outdoor dining area and a bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue we encountered was a slight delay in service. But this was compensated by the hotel's packed lunches, perfect for our hiking trip.
