I recently stayed at a hotel in Okayama and was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. Situated right next to the train station, it made it extremely easy for me to explore the city and travel around. The hotel staff at the front desk were exceptional, providing excellent service and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was a great mix of Asian firmness and Western softness, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the nearby station, which offered a wide variety of options. the location and service were top-notch.

I was disappointed by the size of the room, which was quite small for two people.

The bathroom is clean and stocked with toiletries. The staff provides friendly and helpful service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including both Western and Japanese cuisine.

One negative aspect is the lack of international news channels like NHK English, BBC World, or CNN's local version.

Although the hotel didn't have a lounge for free breakfast or evening cocktails, I was given a drink coupon, which was a nice gesture. I do hope they consider extending the lounge service, similar to other Crowne Plaza properties like the one in Hakata and Osaka.

The location of the hotel was also excellent, being conveniently close to the train station. This made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and visit nearby attractions. the hotel provided a wide assortment of amenities in our room, including an ironing machine. This was a great convenience and made our stay even more enjoyable.
