Had an amazing weekend at this luxury resort in Agra. the service and hospitality were top-notch. We were upgraded to a suite room upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. the food was delicious, especially the mouth-watering dishes they serve. the property is well-appointed and has a beautiful terrace with a stunning view. the location is perfect, very close to the iconic Taj Mahal. a fantastic experience that made us feel at home. Highly recommend for future travelers.

The rooms felt a bit dated, although they were clean and comfortable. Another drawback was the expensive pricing for amenities like bottled water, which seemed highly marked up.

The highlight of our visit was dining at Peshawri, where we indulged in mouthwatering Indian cuisine. The service throughout the hotel, including the restaurants, was top-notch. The Kaya Kalp Spa provided a truly regal experience, despite the higher rates. we had a luxurious and memorable stay at this resort. I would definitely recommend it.

I had an incredible stay at Itc Mughal, a luxurious resort and spa in Agra. the location is perfect, being very close to the Taj Mahal and the train station. the property has high security, providing a quiet and secluded oasis from the hustle and bustle of Agra. the spa at the resort was absolutely amazing - I highly recommend getting a treatment here. the room was lovely and the grounds were beautiful. the staff was friendly and efficient, and the lady who checked us out was particularly charming and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with extended hours, allowing guests to visit the Taj Mahal early and still have time for a delicious meal at the resort.

The dosa I ordered for dinner was a delicious taste of authentic Indian cuisine. The spa's massage tables were exceptionally comfortable, providing a truly relaxing experience. The hotel's ambience and gym facilities were also top-notch. Despite some minor drawbacks like overpriced food and overly helpful staff at times, I would highly recommend this resort for a memorable stay in Agra. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I loved staying here for its central location amidst lush gardens. The junior suite in the new tower was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were always available and accommodating. I enjoyed the room service, tour assistance and laundry services. The restaurant offered delicious in-room breakfasts, special diet options, bar/lounge areas and a snack bar. The spa was perfect for relaxing with treatments, an outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and beauty treatments. This place had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing staff, breathtaking property, charming wedding, beautiful lobby, updated new wing.

The property is well-maintained and upgraded. The breakfast may not be the best, but room service food is satisfying. The housekeeping and room service staff provide excellent service. The hotel feels like an oasis in the chaos. The spa is beautiful and the therapists are experienced.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's prime location is a highlight, situated right across the road to a restaurant and coffee shop, both offering delicious a la carte menu options like the cashew-crusted veggie burger. On a clear day, guests can enjoy an unobstructed view of a famous landmark from the international restaurant. The staff offer excellent service that makes the stay more enjoyable.

The hotel's front desk could be more polished, causing a slightly slow check-in process.
