Our stay at Comfort Suites was fantastic. The pool area was clean and private, perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, providing extra towels and being very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast, although not exactly to my taste, was still good and had a nice selection of hot items. the hotel provided a clean, comfortable, and trustworthy experience.

This was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel. I would still highly recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved our stay at Comfort Suites! The staff was amazing, treating us like family from the moment we checked in. The guy at the desk deserves a raise for his exceptional service. The rooms were fantastic, with a lovely scent and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed, even providing a toothbrush. the friendly service, comfortable beds, and convenient in-room facilities made our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel was great value for money. The king size bed in the room was luxurious, and the large, separate shower was an added bonus. Additionally, the hotel was in a great area for shopping and close to multiple food places for added convenience. The breakfast was also fantastic, with fresh fruits available.

This hotel is situated in a great area for both shopping and entertainment. It's close to the Boardwalk on the river and Louisiana Downs racetrack. The breakfast had variety and was filling. There was a lady attendant who was super friendly and hospitable. it was a spacious and clean room.

The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The bed was not the most comfortable, but the pillows were nice. The hotel is conveniently located next to I-20, making it easy for travelers passing through. We also appreciated the well-insulated walls, as we didn't hear any noise from other guests or the hallways. we had a good experience at Comfort Suites.

We loved our stay here! The location was ideal, close to everything we needed and several food places for added convenience. This place was in a safe area of town, making us feel secure. The service was outstanding, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. Additionally, they had a wake-up service, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance. We enjoyed the happy hour, and our room was equipped with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a bathtub, and free toiletries.

We were in town for a wedding and had a last-minute change in our accommodation plans. Thankfully, Comfort Suites had 3 available rooms for us and the staff was amazing. The rooms were super clean and the indoor swimming pool was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this property.

The breakfast selection was great and I enjoyed starting my day with a good meal. The location was convenient for me, as I had a sick family member nearby. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were amazing and provided excellent service. They truly made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and smelled lovely. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The location of this hotel was perfect - it was right by a casino with a delicious burger place inside and a great Mexican food restaurant across the street. Additionally, it was conveniently located near I-10, making it easy to get around and explore this city.

We didn't dislike anything about the property.
