I loved the location of Hotel New, right in the heart of Old Jaipur. My room was cozy and clean, and the staff was always ready to help me with anything I needed. Despite being on a busy road, the noise level was manageable. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Jaipur.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect and right in the centre of everything. We loved being within the walls of the city and just steps away from the market. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating to all our needs, from room service to car hires. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a terrace with garden furniture. The spa centre was a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring, with a steam room and full body massage available. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception.

Great location in Pink City with comfortable and clean rooms featuring beautiful timber features. Staff members friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a good variety of dishes at a fair price and with nice service. Rooms have proper functioning amenities, including air conditioning. A bottle of water in the room would have been a plus.

Our recent stay in this hotel was quite pleasant. The location was very convenient, close to many attractions, restaurants and markets. The room was clean, comfortable and accommodating with great facilities such as Wi-Fi and hot water. The rooftop terrace and restaurant were lovely, offering amazing views of the area. Additionally, the staff was very courteous and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Parking was not available on the premises, which made it somewhat inconvenient for private car owners.

During our weekend stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a satisfactory variety. The hotel's central location made it very convenient to access the main tourist attractions and restaurants of the city. Other than that, the staff was accommodating and friendly towards us, which added to a pleasant stay.

We faced some connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi during our stay. The bathroom was quite small and the water supply for the shower ran out quickly.

The hotel was renovated just three years ago, so while the old building architecture remains the same, the bedrooms and showers have been updated and are well-equipped with air conditioning, heating. The spa at the hotel was a great way to relax after a busy day, and the vegetarian restaurant offered delicious meals. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice balcony, and the bathroom was well-equipped with nice amenities. it was a great experience.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The room facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed and clean, well-decorated space. We loved the fact that there was a USB charger at the bedside, so we didn't need an adaptor for our phones. The location of the hotel was also great, with key tourist attractions just a short rickshaw ride away.

The only minor issue we had was with the price of the laundry service, which was provided by an external company. However, this didn't affect our overall rating and enjoyment of our stay at the hotel.

great location, walking distance to major attractions and shopping. Good room service and helpful staff. They took care of our son and allowed us to store our luggage on a different day for free.
