The Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport offers a prime location with a reliable shuttle service, making it ideal for travelers. The breakfast selection was abundant and enjoyable. The staff was generally friendly, though the check-in process could benefit from more attentive service during late hours.

Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the breakfast had standout individual omelets, although some items ran out quickly. The bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure. Proximity to the airport and subway was a huge plus, making transportation easy. the shuttle service was unreliable during busy times, leading us to take an Uber. A strange room mix-up happened, but staff handled it well and offered a free appetizer. A bit pricey for water, changing by the pool felt odd, yet the excellent customer service really made a difference. Would stay again.

This hotel is just a few steps from the metro station, making it super easy to explore everything Boston has to offer, like Boston Common just over 3 km away, the USS Constitution Museum nearly 2 km away, and the famous Freedom Trail within walking distance; plus the breakfast was delicious and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay with a luxurious room that exceeded my expectations, although the front desk service could use a bit of improvement as I encountered one rude staff member.

An attractive atrium setting, friendly staff, and American favorites will have me returning for every night. The generous selection of fish and steaks had me cleaning my plate. I enjoyed the coffee to start my day and took advantage of the pool and fitness center.

Paying extra for wifi and parking was just the cherry on top of the expensive sundae.

It was always packed, and I had to wait 20 minutes just to catch a second one, which was super frustrating after a long flight.
