Convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.

My experience with the staff was disheartening. Some front desk employees were unhelpful when I called for simple requests, leading to frustration. Additionally, the cleanliness of the common areas was lacking. it felt neglected and unwelcoming during my stay.

Request a map of nearby restaurants at the front desk. it helps to visualize options instead of just reading the list provided.

I enjoyed my check-in experience as a Hilton member. they allowed me to check in early, which was helpful for my day in the city. The hotel is just a short walk from the airport rental car facility. The rooms were compact but provided good value. The free airport shuttle and proximity to subway attractions made getting around easy.

i almost thought this place would be grewt, but wow, the breakfast was a total disgrace—definitley not high-quality, even for a hotel. also, they were woefully lacking in toiletries, woudl ve been nice to get proper ones. how hard is it to get a bottle of water without guaging me? not impressed!

For late arrivals, verify shuttle timings ahead of time as they may not run continuously. Also, inquire about the evening reception for snacks.

the pool hours are great, but you pay for valet parking at $60!

The stay was delightful with a shuttle service that made airport trips stress-free and enjoyable. Calvin Cherry provided phenomenal assistance, making me feel welcome and well-cared for. The breakfast was above average too!
