Our stay at Embassy Suites was excellent. The staff, including the front desk staff and the housekeeping on the 9th floor, were all top-notch. The van driver, Nicholas, was also incredibly helpful. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, especially as a family with children. It was very convenient and there were even free snacks available. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We also took advantage of the shuttle bus service to and from the hotel, which was much cheaper than valet parking. a great experience.

The evening nibbles were a delightful treat after a long drive. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable room made our last night in the US truly enjoyable. The hotel even stored our luggage while we explored Boston before our late flight.

Additionally, the presence of a hotel security guard on our floor ensured that a large group of teenagers didn't disturb other guests. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of fresh options and an abundance of condiments. The front staff went above and beyond to assist us with any queries about the city, making our first trip to Boston a memorable one. The availability of Ubers right in front of the hotel made transportation a breeze, especially since the airport was so close. If I ever have the opportunity to visit again, Embassy Suites will be my go-to choice.
