We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Agra. The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special, with their friendly and polite service. The hotel itself was exceptional in all aspects, from the bar staff to the gardeners, the restaurants and reception, and even the housekeeping. It truly was a 5-star experience in every way. We are grateful for an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and luxurious experience.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and the food was excellent. The garden room was perfect for my kids to play safely. The hotel's location away from the city hustle and bustle was a pleasant surprise, yet it was still easily accessible to the city center. The breakfast provided was also delicious. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff were all top-notch.

During our recent stay at Jaypee Palace, we were blown away by the warm welcome we received. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and beautiful flowers, instantly making us feel special. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for adjacent rooms, ensuring convenience and a comfortable stay. The rooms themselves were exceptionally comfortable, and the shower was absolutely amazing. We also couldn't get enough of the delicious breakfast served each morning. The location of the hotel, just 10 minutes away from the Taj Mahal, was a major plus. our experience at Jaypee Palace was thoroughly enjoyable, and we would highly recommend it.

While the hotel offered an exceptional experience, there were a few minor drawbacks. The WiFi can be a bit patchy, causing intermittent connectivity issues.

During our recent stay at Jaypee Palace, we were truly impressed with the exceptional hospitality we experienced. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine care.

Excellent rooms, beautiful gardens, nice pool, spacious rooms. Helpful staff arranged cot and room by the pool for our infant.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location in Delhi city center. It was a great choice as it was away from the bustling city but still within a manageable distance. The Chinese restaurant on site was exceptional and highly recommended. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. The view from our room overlooked lush greens, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

We did experience some difficulties with the bellhop service, as no one answered the phones at the front desk.

The hotel had lovely interiors and the corridors were well done up. The facility offered spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a range of amenities such as a desk, TV, and in-room safe. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.

The hotel had a few areas of improvement. the tub in the bathroom was of cheap material and not up to the standard expected from a 5-star establishment.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The Duty Manager, Preeti, was exceptionally courteous and helpful in all of our email and phone correspondences. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful garden room that opened directly to a safe play area for children. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. The in-house restaurant, 'C'est Chine,' served mouthwatering authentic Chinese food that satisfied my taste buds. The breakfast spread was also excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

Hard to think of anything negative.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The location was beautiful with views of the gardens and pool. The staff treated me like royalty, making my wedding anniversary stay extra special. Can't thank them enough!

The stay during thanksgiving was pleasant with two complementary facts offered. The hotel's location is perfect, close to the main attraction, which makes traveling to and from the hotel very efficient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, making us comfortable during our stay.

The room was not soundproof, and the noise from outside got inside the room, which was disturbing. We were charged an exorbitant price for a small bottle of water, which was unexpected.
