The hotel's location in Alajuela shopping area was convenient, with various dining options within a short walk. The staff spoke English, making communication easy, and there was an ATM in the casino attached to the hotel.

The value we got for our money was amazing, especially since we were upgraded to a master suite which had two bedrooms, a lounge area, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The location was convenient, being fairly close to the airport and with a restaurant we liked just up the road.
