The location of this hotel is fantastic, very near to the beach and just a stone's throw away from the seafront. It's also conveniently close to the airport, making travel arrangements a breeze. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms, especially those on the higher floors, come with their own hot tub on the terrace, providing a luxurious touch. Additionally, the breakfast that is included is varied and satisfying, offering a great start to the day.

The quality of the breakfast left a lot to be desired, with many hot items being served cold and a subpar juice selection. the noise levels on the roof terrace, shared by all the apartments, made it difficult to sleep well at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Palma de Mallorca for a few days and it was absolutely amazing! The staff, location, and cleanliness were all perfect. The hotel is just a few minutes from the beach and there's a bus stop nearby for easy transportation. The rooms on the 4th floor even have their own jacuzzi on the terrace with a partial view of the sea. The brunch provided until 1 pm had a great selection of delicious food. The swimming pool area was clean and the sun loungers were very comfortable. The staff was always helpful, kind, and had a smile on their face. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement, as mentioned in the reviews about sand on the floor, a bathroom that smelled like urine, and a cockroach coming out from behind the toilet seat.

The staff, especially Margharita, Dina, and Willi, were absolutely adorable, outgoing. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of fruits, drinks, and dishes available until 1pm. The location was excellent, close to the beach and bus stations, making it easy to explore the area. The 24/7 bar and beach towel service were convenient and the hotel provided great restaurant recommendations.
