A great place for a family city break with excellent landscaping and maintenance. The front desk team was very polite and warm, explaining all the facilities and being very helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet spreads were exhaustive and exotic, with courteous and polite staff. The housekeeping staff were precise and quick, even leaving a small handmade gift for our four-year-old daughter.

There were some minor issues due to a huge wedding party at the resort, such as noise at the poolside and delays in room service. It would have been better to have dustbins across the property for ease of disposing of trash and smoke.

The location of the hotel offers a beautiful view of the scenic Nandi, providing a refreshing and relaxing environment. Guests have praised the courteous and caring staff, who ensured a smooth stay and even scheduled activities for the day. The buffet breakfast and dinner were extensive and delicious, and guests enjoyed the snacks and poolside seating. The housekeeping staff were quick and precise, leaving thoughtful handmade gifts. the stay was excellent with exceptional service and a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel lacked character and warmth in the suite, with no artwork or displayed items.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities provided, such as the spa and wellness centre, sauna, steam room and sun terrace, made our stay even more special. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding garden area was well maintained. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the snack bar was perfect for a mid-day treat. The location was peaceful, offering us a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The only minor issue we faced was the delay in IRD orders. However, the staff made up for it with their warm and polite service.
