My stay was fantastic, and I felt like I got great value for my money. the room was the largest I've experienced in Japan, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast delights could use a bit more variety.

As trekkers and group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms, convenient location near the JR station, free takoyaki and beer event, and organized local tours.

On the downside, breakfast was a hassle with long wait times, and the cleaning services were lacking during our stay. the reception staff could have been more welcoming, and it was a bit tricky to navigate the hotel amenities with most info in Japanese.

At my first stay, the staff kindly informed me about the town. I keep returning for the city trip. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, On-site car park, and friendly 24-hour reception. the bar and restaurant are great. Missing it is not an option.

It’s a fantastic place for families, and the traditional flooring was surprisingly safe for little kids.

No cleaning service provided. Towels were changed only.

We were amazed by the luxurious amenities this hotel offers. the service was outstanding and the sun terrace provided a serene atmosphere. the restaurant had a diverse range of delectable dishes and the bar had a great atmosphere with delicious cocktails. the exclusive public bath provided a relaxing experience after a busy day exploring the city.

Regrettably, our room's view was obstructed by a nearby building. we had a great stay at this hotel.
