The staff at JW Marriott went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the concierge to the room service staff, everyone was attentive and accommodating. Special thanks to Oneill, Priyanka, and Roshni for their excellent service. The food at the Lotus Café was exceptional, and the staff even prepared a special dish for my daughter when she was feeling unwell. The complimentary lounge food was also a highlight.

Last week, we had a memorable stay at JW Marriott in Juhu. Thanks to the excellent staff, especially Abhishek and his team, we were upgraded to an ocean view suite. the hospitality was top-notch, and all safety measures were followed. the breakfast spread was one of the best we've had in a long time. the location, right next to the sea, offered breathtaking views and the perfect ambiance. the staff's attentiveness, even with a full hotel, was exceptional. the service exceeded our expectations.

The service at this hotel is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to treat guests like royalty. the location is excellent, with close proximity to key areas for meetings and restaurants. the hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and multiple dining options.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and corridors, could be better maintained and updated. Traffic in the area can be a challenge, which may cause delays when traveling to and from the hotel.

Thanks to Chef Verma and the full F&B team, we enjoyed an amazing food experience. Fresh daily food and super tasty. Room service managed by Mr Kshirsagar and Mr Ganesh, reduced our work stress and pampered us all the time. Fast reactivity of staff, Safran restaurant is a very good experience. Good housekeeping, good food buffet, kind reception. The pool area is excellent, calm, and serene.

Nothing not to like.

We got great value for our money at JW Marriott Juhu. The room was fantastic, with a state-of-the-art shower and comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Juhu Beach and nearby attractions. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Lydia who went above and beyond to make our daughter feel special with a surprise Peppa Pig-themed room decoration and a complimentary chocolate cake.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right by the beach with stunning views from our room. We enjoyed taking walks on the beach early in the morning. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pool, gym, and spa. We also had the opportunity to dine in all the restaurants, and the food and service were amazing. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely polite and helpful, making our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

This venue was truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities were top-notch, with a stunning outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace providing spectacular beach and pool views. the spa and wellness center, with its full body massage and beauty treatment packages, were a standout for relaxation and rejuvenation. the restaurant had a wide range of delicious dishes on the menu, complemented by a bar/lounge area serving refreshing drinks.

The only minor issue we had was with the service, which was not up to our expectations. There were a few moments where we had to remind the staff of requests we had made, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a bakery and bookstore adding to the experience.

Everything was fantastic.

The food, room, bed, location, and facilities were all perfect. The Indian and international cuisines were a great blend and the menus were tailored for Indian guests. The room was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel met all the standards and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The chefs, Rohan and Dvipal, not only served delicious food but also shared their expertise in Indian cookery and provided local recommendations.
