The food in the restaurant was delicious, with inspired combinations. The availability of thermal pools was a great bonus.

The limited download speed made it difficult to fully enjoy the amenities.

As backpackers, we loved the excellent staff service and professionalism. Happy Hour at the lounge was a great bonus, with affordable drink options and snacks. The dinner food was top-notch and incredibly delicious. The Night Manager helped us track the Northern Lights, and we were lucky enough to see them. Hotel Húsafell is a great location to see the Aurora Borealis, being far from any city lights. a quiet retreat with plenty to do and explore in the surrounding area.

our romantic date at husafell was amazing. the lodge was warm & comfortable. the new hotel had beautiful views, large windows, & a top-notch restaurant. the owners were friendly & accommodating, letting us check out late. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet & the use of the swimming pool. overall, a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I had a fantastic time! The location was perfect and there were plenty of things to do in the area such as trekking trails. The staff was super friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The amenities, like the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, were a great addition and certainly enhanced my stay.

This place is great for families who want to have a good time.
