This hotel is great, the best place we've stayed in Galveston. The rooms have balcony rooms which provide a wonderful view of the surroundings. The rooms were very clean and bug-free, making our stay comfortable. The hotel's location is very good, with easy access to restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a nice bonus, with a good selection of both hot and cold choices.

All was satisfactory.

The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, quickly attending to any requests we had. The room we were given was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a great selection, including healthy choices, and the breakfast attendant was efficient, friendly, and ensured that everything was well-stocked and fresh. the staff was excellent, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The jacuzzi room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all amenities individually wrapped for our use. The staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The location, directly across from the beach on the Seawall in this city, was convenient yet away from the busy parts of the island, which was a plus. We even had the pool to ourselves most of the time. We would definitely come back!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Galveston for a four-day conference with a senior friend. The staff at this hotel was awesome, providing excellent service during check-in and throughout our stay. I had a fantastic experience with the hotel staff and amenities.

Spent four days here and returned for an additional night on the way home. Rooms are large with a couch and balcony. Comfortable and clean rooms with an ocean view. the ocean is just across the street. Friendly and helpful staff in the dining area for breakfast. Breakfast selection was standard but with added perks like whipped cream for waffles.

During check-in, they made a copy of my driver's license, which I found to be excessive and uncomfortable. the pool looked dirty and there was a large roach in our room.

As a family with young children, this hotel was perfect for our needs. We stayed for a few days and enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. The breakfast options included healthy choices, and the staff member who took care of breakfast was efficient, polite, and ensured that everything was continuously stocked, fresh.
