I recently stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic! Located in a beautiful developing area, there were several dining options within walking distance, making it convenient to find delicious food. The room amenities were impressive with everything I could need, such as in-room safe, mini-bar, and a sitting area. The staff provided exceptional service and even made arrangements for my transportation to my event. The leisure spa & wellness centre were top-notch, with a sauna, massage, and Turkish bath facilities. The staff definitely made me feel pampered and cared for during my stay here.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Atlanta. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Jack and Kalyi at the front desk. The room was perfect, spacious, and well-appointed. The room service was punctual and enjoyable. Rhea went above and beyond to ensure I had a great weekend, especially since it was my birthday celebration. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city and celebrating my daughter's birthday.

The restaurant on the property and the Italian cafe were both delicious.

Arriving at the hotel was a breeze, with convenient access from the nearby train station. The rooms were well-designed, modern, and kept clean throughout our stay. The hotel's location in Midtown provided easy access to various restaurants and attractions, making it a great choice for exploring the area.

The service and customer service at this hotel left much to be desired. The staff inside the hotel and in the restaurant were not helpful or accommodating. Additionally, we were disappointed with the room upgrade offered by the hotel, as it turned out to be a downgrade with two small beds instead of one king. the lack of satisfactory customer service detracted from the otherwise positive experience.

Our stay was made memorable by the hotel's location near the MARTA station, making it convenient for us to explore the city's local attractions. The proximity to the fire station added to the unique experience. The clean and comfortable rooms, accommodating service, and delicious breakfast only added to our enjoyment. The hotel also had various USB sockets, making charging convenient.

We did experience a noise issue during the night, which interrupted our sleep.

Great location and two complimentary snacks upon check-in were appreciated. Plus, the view of the skyline from the room was amazing!

The Thanksgiving buffet was a complete disappointment. It seemed like the staff wasn't ready to handle the crowd, making it chaotic and the food was cold and unappetizing. Moreover, we had to wait for a long time to be seated and the staff was not accommodating. it was a forgettable dining experience and not worth the high price.
